A bit about me and our crazy family.....

Hello!! My name is Shereen

a.k.a. Sheep thanks to my husband and his family & friends and an autocorrected text that resulted in a lifelong nickname.

oh and Sheen by my adorable niece and nephews because the letter R is clearly hard to pronounce for kids which I learned through the Sheen situation.

I live in Dublin, Ireland and I write the blog Busy Bee, Baby & Me. 😁

I am in my 20’s, well what is left (I will enjoy saying that line for the next 6 months) soon to be in my 30’s. Which to be fair my mam always said 30’s are the best so kind of excited to see how that goes!!

I am a mammy to an amazing and fearless toddler called Logan, who is 1 and a half. (Going on 13 according to the tantrums he throws…. )

I am a wife to my good egg husband Glenn, coming up on 5 years, together 13 years 😊 Yes since we are 16 years old, babies!! - (Logan is not getting away with that shit) and on a more serious note, he is the most amazing Daddy to our little boy.

I have 2 fur babies, my 1st fur baby (pre-Logan) is my black cat which we called Kat (Breakfast at Tiffanies people not just laziness)

and our 2nd fur baby which is a very recent development, we adopted her this week from the amazing Dogs Aid, is our white German Shepard, Coco.

I am currently working from home (Thanks Covid) but am a full time Accountant, the exciting career choice that everyone wants for the social skills, no we are not all boring (I hope)….

I have a few other long loves in life which are coffee, organization/stationary (freak I know), music….. all music and my no1. is Christmas, I live for it, we even got married around Christmas, I am an absolute Christmas Freak!!

I adore my big family, Mam and Dad, 2 Sisters, 3 Brothers, Father in law, Sister in law and her husband and currently at 3 nephews, 1 niece and 1 on the way!! I love our ever growing family and cant wait to see what the future holds for all of us.

I always wanted to create a blog, its been on my mind for years now as I always loved writing and sharing my life with people and decided now is the time to jump on in. I will be basing my blog on a mix of parenthood, reviews on days out/venues, reviews on products, the few places we have visited/plan to visit, organisational ideas/tips and templates and I am sure many more ideas will come to me over time . I am a big foodie so I’m sure some recipes may come up. I decided now is the time to go for it so I can look back on Motherhood and see the wonderful or disastrous moments that happen on a day to day basis.

My main goal in life has been to be a Mammy and im so grateful to be able to share this experience with anyone who will listen and hopefully shares some tips that may help someone along the way or at least give someone a giggle at my disastrous moments as I know how daunting it can all be at times.

Anyway lets jump on in and see where this takes us and to all of you who have taking the time to read any of my posts thank you and I hope your enjoying sharing this journey with me!
