We do not offer collection as a delivery option however we send our products by courier using Parcel Motel

Due to our products being personalized we do not offer refund or exchange however if there is an issue with your order please do contact me and I will try resolve it to an acceptable level.

For each personalized order a preview will be sent prior to printing to ensure it meets your expectations

and we can amend anything once requested before printed. We want these to be the perfect products for you.
